About Tokeet

Tokeet is a Property management system (PMS) and channel manager that allows property owners and managers to distribute their listings across multiple booking platforms from one central system. It connects your properties to OTAs, enabling you to manage:

  • Property content (pictures, descriptions, amenities, etc)

How this integration works

  1. Instant Booking - By connecting your properties through Tokeet, your availability calendar is automatically synced with our platform; meaning:
    • Your property availability is always up to date
    • Guests can instantly book directly on our platform
    • No risk of double bookings due to real-time calendar updates
  2. Dynamic Pricing - When connected via Tokeet, our platform performs a daily sync (every midnight) to pull the seasonal pricing.
  3. Seamless integration - There's no need for manual uploads or repeated checks. With just a few clicks through Tokeet:
    • Your properties are automatically listed on our platform
    • Listings are updated without manual intervention
    • You can manage everything from one place
  4. Daily sync - Our platform syncs with Tokeet every midnight to ensure all data stays updated including:
    • Pictures
    • Property details and descriptions
    • Amenities and additional information
    • Pricing

    Any changes you make in Tokeet are automatically reflected on our platform, so you don't need to update anything twice.

Getting started

To connect your listings using Tokeet as your PMS/channel manager, you'll first need to connect to Rentals United and then distribute your listings to VivreStays.

Please note: You must have an active Rentals United account and your login credentials ready for the onboarding.

Connection Flow:

Tokeet → Rentals United → VivreStays

Step 1 - Ensure listing requirements

Before connecting, make sure your listings in Tokeet meet the following Rentals United requirements:

  • Rental Size: Minimum 1
  • Rental Type: Defined
  • Bedrooms: Minimum 1
  • Locale/Location: Defined
  • Description: 20-40,000 characters
  • Display Name: 8-300 characters
  • Max Guests (Sleep Max): Minimum 1
  • Base Rate: Defined
  • Photos: Minimum 10 images (at least 1024x683 px)
  • Amenities: At least 5
  • Rooms: Must be defined

Listings that don't meet these requirements will not sync and will appear in red.

Step 2 - Connect Tokeet to Rentals United

  1. Log in to your Tokeet account.
  2. Go to "Channels".
  3. Click "Add Channel".
  4. Search or select "Rentals United".
  5. Click "Connect".
  6. Enter your Rentals United credentials and click "Connect".

Step 3 - Select and Fix Listings

Your properties will now be displayed on the screen. Listings that do not meet the Rentals United requirements will be shown in red. To resolve, click on the arrow or "FIX IT" button to review the missing details and update the information. Once done, click "Create" under the "Action" column.

Step 4 - Edit listing settings and click the "Create" button

Your properties are now live on Rentals United.
