Your Questions
Answered

Our platform only accepts bookings for 7+ nights minimum. Depending on which channel manager you use, we work on request basis or via instant booking feature. On request means you will receive an email request with the reservation details and you will have to manually approve them. Once the reservation is approved, the guest will have 4 hours to make a payment. Once the payment is made, you will receive an email confirmation that the booking is confirmed. It is your responsibility to manually enter the booking details in your system and block the properties to avoid double bookings from other platforms that you use. Using instant booking feature, means all guests requests will be automatically approved and the confirmation email will be sent immediately to you after the payment is made by the guest.


VivreStays Ltd collects the payment from the guest directly. You will receive your payment minus our 12% commission two days after guests check-in date. We strongly advise not to take payments outside of our platform. Do not accept any bank transfers or any other forms of payments directly from the guests to prevent fraud.


The hosts decide which cancellation policy they would like to apply to their properties. Hosts have an option to add their own or stick to Standard Cancellation policy provided by us:

Standard Cancellation policy:
7+ nights Booking - Cancellation 7 days or less prior arrival will be subject to 100 percent of the stay. Once in house 30 days notice.
28+ nights Booking - Cancellation 14 days or less prior arrival will be subject to 100 percent of the stay. Once in house 30 days notice.


Once you will get your login details from our team, you will see your personal dashboard with all your properties. From here, you may edit all the necessary information.


Yes you can import your calendar via iCal link or export your availability to other platforms.
