Cancellation Policy

To cancel a long stay package you must do this by midday 7 days prior to arrival date, late cancellations will result in being charged one weeks’ worth of the booking. We also take a full package cost 7 days prior to arrival date.

All long stay packages are based on a minimum of 28 consecutive nights. Payment is due 7 days prior to arrival which deems the booking non-refundable, non-amendable and non-transferable.
