Cancellation:

If a room reservation is cancelled, with such cancellation confirmed in writing by email by the Company or Agents prior to the Cancellation Deadline, no charge shall apply.

·         7- 14 Night duration: 72Hrs prior to arrival to avoid 3 nights’ penalty fee

·         15 – 27 Night duration: 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid 7 nights’ penalty fee

·         28 + night duration: 14 days prior to arrival date to avoid 14 nights’ penalty fee

Early Departure:

Should the guest depart earlier than expected, termination charges are applicable. Any amendments to your stay including terminations are required in writing by email.

Additionally, the Company, its guests, employees or agents shall be liable to pay an early termination fee equal to the full accommodation charge for the room for the first seven nights of the reservation.

·         15-27 Night duration: 5 days notice prior to departure to avoid 5 nights compensation for loss charge

·         28+ Night duration: 14 days notice prior to departure to avoid 14 nights compensation for loss charge
