Connect Zeevou to VivreStays: A Simple Supplier Guide

If your team uses Zeevou to manage whole homes or flats, you can ask us about offering suitable properties through VivreStays. The set-up is straightforward when you first agree which connection route applies, prepare accurate property details, and check how dates and prices appear before relying on them.

We work with professional accommodation suppliers and property management companies across the UK. Our network connects suitable homes with insurers and housing teams seeking longer stays; this guide walks you through the practical steps to make the connection.

Key takeaways

  • Our Zeevou page currently lists two routes: through Rentals United or through Staah. Ask your account manager which one applies to your account.

  • Our published guide describes a showcase call before connection set-up. It gives detailed steps for the Rentals United route; contact us for the Staah steps.

  • Check property details, dates, prices and cleaning arrangements before you begin. Test the connection with one property first.

  • Our supplier application is for professionally managed, whole UK properties that can meet the listed guest and support standards.

Check your properties are a fit

Before working on the connection, look at the homes you want us to consider. Our supplier form says we work with professionally managed accommodation providers, not casual hosts or individual landlords, and that every listed qualification must be met before you can proceed.

Use this quick checklist against your own operation:

  • You manage entire homes or flats in the UK, rather than rooms in shared accommodation.

  • Each home has a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, fresh linen and towels.

  • Your team can provide weekly cleaning, either included or covered in your pricing.

  • You can respond to guest emergencies at any time, when required.

  • Your team has a reliable service record and can keep dates and prices current.

Our public supplier page describes typical stays as three to six months or longer. Think about whether your homes and operations can support longer bookings, including the cleaning, utilities, guest support and staff cover they require.

What the Zeevou connection is meant to do

Zeevou is the software your team may use to organise accommodation details, bookings, prices and available dates. Our published Zeevou page describes sharing property information and availability with VivreStays, with two ways to set up the connection: through Rentals United or through Staah.

Availability and prices are updated in real time. Those details can depend on the route and account, so our onboarding team should confirm what applies to you. Ask which details are shared, how long an update can take and what your staff still need to check.

A booking can be made straight away after connection. Your actual booking process may depend on your set-up and approval, so ask us whether a request needs your team to approve it or whether it can be confirmed immediately.

Do not assume that a connection removes every chance of a date or price error. Agree how to check the first property, who will correct a mismatch and who to contact if an update does not appear.

Choose the connection route with our team

Our current Zeevou page lists two routes. It provides instructions for the Rentals United route, but only names Staah as the second option. We can confirm which set-up is available for your account and guide you through the right one.

If our team confirms the Rentals United route

  1. After your supplier showcase call, sign in to Zeevou.

  2. Open Listings, then choose Manage Channels.

  3. Find VivreStays in the channel list and start the connection.

  4. Follow the instructions on screen to approve and complete the connection.

These are the steps shown on our live integration page at the time of writing. If a menu has moved or a step looks different, pause and ask our team before changing another setting.

If our team confirms the Staah route

The public Zeevou page lists Staah as a supported route, but it does not currently give the same step-by-step instructions. Contact our onboarding team first so we can tell you what to prepare and which instructions apply to your account.

Prepare your property details, dates and prices

A clean set of records makes set-up easier for your staff. For each home, check the description, guest capacity, rooms, facilities, photographs and practical limits such as parking, stairs or access times.

Then look at the calendar in Zeevou. Make sure dates are blocked when the home is occupied, being repaired or held for another reason. Choose one suitable property and a small set of future dates for the first check.

Review the price you are willing to accept for a longer booking. Do not lower a rate just because a stay is longer; compare the expected income with utilities, weekly cleaning, staff time, wear, booking costs, the value of dates you set aside and the risk of cancellation or relying on one booking.

Be clear about cleaning and other costs. Our public supplier requirements say weekly cleaning must be included or available within your rate structure, but they do not explain how each charge appears through every Zeevou route. Confirm with our team what the guest sees and how cleaning is arranged during a longer stay.

A simple set-up and checking process

  1. Apply. Read the current supplier requirements and apply and make sure your business can meet them.

  2. Speak with our team. After your supplier conversation, ask which Zeevou route applies and what your team will need to do.

  3. Prepare one home. Check its description, photographs, facilities, dates, price and cleaning plan in Zeevou.

  4. Connect the home. Follow the instructions for the route our team confirms. Do not guess between Rentals United and Staah.

  5. Check the result. Compare the property details, available dates and prices shown in the places your team can access. Ask us if something does not match.

  6. Agree the next step. Our public page says listings can appear as Pending while onboarding reviews them, then account details are sent and you can review your agreement and choose which properties to make live. Confirm the current order with our team before relying on it.

Keep the information reliable

A connected system still needs a clear owner in your business. Ask one person to check upcoming dates and prices regularly, update the listing when a facility changes, and tell us promptly if a home cannot be offered.

Before you confirm a booking, make sure the full stay fits the dates you can provide. If a guest asks to extend, check the new dates and price with your team and confirm that the home remains available before agreeing.

When an update seems missing, pause and compare the details in the systems you use. Contact our team with the property name, dates and the detail that looks wrong; we can then help trace the issue without your staff having to guess.

Questions Zeevou suppliers ask

Does Zeevou connect directly with VivreStays?

Our current Zeevou page lists routes through Rentals United and Staah. Ask us which one applies to your account before you begin.

How quickly do dates and prices update?

Our page describes live availability and a nightly price check at midnight. Confirm the timing for your route and test a change with one property before using it across your portfolio.

Will cleaning charges and long-stay prices carry over?

The exact handling can depend on the route and your account. Ask us how your prices and cleaning arrangements will be shown, then check the result before accepting a booking.

Do I need to approve each booking?

Our public page describes instant booking, but the process can depend on your account and approval. Confirm whether your team must approve requests or whether bookings can be confirmed immediately.

What does VivreStays require from suppliers?

Our current supplier form lists whole UK properties, guest standards, weekly cleaning, emergency response and reliable service. Read the full checklist because all listed criteria must be met before proceeding.
